Seven Siouxland women artists were poised for another series of classes led by Glenda Drennen at the Sioux City Art Center when the COVID-19 broke out. The classes were cancelled, but it didn’t take long for one of the students to suggest meeting face-to-face on Messenger twice weekly, and their collaboration began. Together they have created a series of paintings titled “Seven Women with a Brush!

The watercolor artists are: Paula Crandell, Jeanne Emmons, Carol Ratcliff, Lynn Nordsiden, Glenda Drennen, Sharon Hobart, and Mary Jo Kvidera.
