Formed in the fall of 2013 with the soulful sounds of Stax Records, Muscle Shoals, & Motown in mind, Sioux City, Iowa based Emily Johnson Band puts a modern twist on classic soul and R&B while paying respect to the artists and songs that you have grown to love over the years.  Reaching deep into their blues and rock roots, it was a natural progression for the members of EJB.
